All hourly paid employees of the Division of Sewers shall be provided the same rate of overtime, vacation, paid holidays, sick leave and other benefits as all other hourly paid employees within the Department of Public Service.
Salaried officers and employees of the Division shall receive the same benefits as are provided for all other salaried officers and employees within the Department of Public Service.
