151.11 RELOCATION OF DAMAGED FIRE HYDRANTS.

(a) The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to relocate damaged fire hydrants to an area three to six feet from the area where damaged when the City deems it necessary. The Director shall notify the Chief of Fire prior to relocation.

(b) The relocation shall be done at City expense with no charge to the homeowner. Funds shall be paid from Fund No. 1113-Fire Hydrants, Account No. 042-Maintenance and Repair, or Fund No. 1113-Fire Hydrants, Account No. 043-Purchase.
