143.36 PARMA CRIME FREE MULTI-HOUSING PROGRAM FUND.

(a) The Auditor is hereby authorized to create and maintain a "Parma Crime Free Multi-Housing Program Fund," which shall be designated as Fund No. 2123.

(b) Funds collected from donations and other sources deposited into the Fund shall be used for the implementation of the Parma Crime Free Multi-Housing Program and other related expenditures.

(c) The Auditor is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Auditor of State and to request approval of the creation of said Fund.
