143.33 DRUG ABUSE RESISTANCE PROGRAM (DARE).

(a) The Mayor, Auditor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized and directed to create a Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program (DARE) within the Parma Police Division.

(b) Funds to provide for three officers for this program are to be paid from Fund No. 2306.
