143.31 ELIGIBILITY FOR APPOINTMENT.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Ohio R.C. 124.41, a person who has reached the age of 21 but who has not yet reached the age of 35, and who otherwise meets the normal qualification requirements, shall be eligible to receive an original appointment in the Division of Police.
