For those members within rank who are owners of insurance contracts which are paid through payroll deductions the City shall pay that portion of the premium which is equal to the sum the City pays for life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment contracts of employees whose compensation is set forth in Ordinances 190-74 and 210-74.
For those members within rank who do not presently own insurance contracts as described above the City shall include such members in the same group plan for life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance that benefits other full-time employees.
