The Division of Police shall make the breath or chemical tests available to other jurisdictions only after such jurisdictions have entered into an agreement with the Director of Public Safety to compensate the City for such services.
The Director may enter into a contract with any law enforcement division operating in the State to render breath or chemical testing services to the members of the law enforcement division of such authority.
The officer in charge of the shift of the Division of Police shall procure a receipt from the foreign arresting officer for each test conducted, and shall forthwith forward the same to the Director.
The Director is hereby authorized and directed to bill the foreign law enforcement department as set out in Chapter 185 for each test as evidenced by the receipts, on a monthly basis.
