143.015 ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND THE DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE.

The Chief of Police and the duputy Chief of Police shall receive the same benefits, with the exception of healthcare, provided to the Supervisors’ Unit (Captains) under any existing or any future collective bargaining agreement entered into by the City and the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, notwithstanding any prior ordinances pertaining to employment benefits.
