137.02 LICENSE AND PERMIT CLERK.

The Treasurer shall also be the Clerk of Licenses and Permits who shall issue all licenses and permits and collect all fees authorized by Council after the application for a license or permit has been approved by either the Director of Public Safety, the Director of Public Service or another duly authorized official of the City.
