All ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law or ordinance to be published shall have publication thereof made by posting the same in the five most public places in the City which are hereby determined to be:
(a) Parma Public Library, 6996 Powers Boulevard;
(b) Parma Public Library, 2121 Snow Road;
(c) City Hall, 6611 Ridge Road;
(d) City of Parma Justice Center, 5555 Powers Boulevard; and
(e) Fire Station No. 4, 3000 Pleasant Valley Road.
