§ 159.052 SUBMISSION; CONFORMANCE; PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION.
   The original and 5 prints of the final plat shall be submitted to the City Plan Commission at least 1 week before the meeting thereon. When the final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat, and the requirements of this chapter have been accomplished, certification to this effect shall be endorsed on the final plat by the chairperson of the Plan Commission, and the plat thereupon submitted to the City Council for its approval or disapproval. Where the final plat does not conform to the approved preliminary plat, the Plan Commission shall submit its recommendations to the City Council for approval or disapproval of the final plat.

§ 159.053 RECORDING APPROVED FINAL PLAT; TIME LIMIT.
   After the approval of the final plat by the City Council, the plat shall be recorded in the County Recorder’s office within 30 days; and if not so filed, the plat shall have no validity and shall not be recorded without reapproval.

§ 159.065 DESIGN STANDARDS; CONFORMANCE REQUIRED.
   The arrangement of streets and lots shall give due regard to the topography and other physical features of the property and shall meet the requirements and standards established in this subchapter.
