The preliminary plat shall show:
(A) The location of the present property lines and section lines and streets, buildings, watercourses, and other existing features within the area to be subdivided, and similar information regarding land immediately adjacent thereto;
(B) The proposed location and width of streets, alleys, lots, building lines, and easements;
(C) Existing sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, culverts, and other underground structures within the tract immediately abutting thereto; the location and size of the nearest water main and sewer outlet;
(D) The title under which the proposed subdivision is to be recorded and the name of the engineer, the registered land surveyor, and the subdivider platting the tract;
(E) Contours referred to the city datum with intervals of 5 feet or less;
(F) The north point, scale, and date; and
(G) Plans or written statements describing the grades or profiles of the streets, the proposed grades and facilities for all required improvements, and the subdivider’s proposal to the city for accomplishing their installation in accordance with § 159.039 of this code.
