(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Violation of § 96.047 of this code shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $500 for each separate offense.

(C) A violation of § 96.048 of this code shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each separate offense.

(D) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 96.075 et seq. of this code shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(E) A violation of § 96.122 of this code shall be punishable by a fine of $1 for each day during or on which a failure to number occurs.
