§ 96.047  ANIMALS ON SIDEWALKS; RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any domesticated animal, except cats and dogs, access to any public sidewalk, boulevard, public grounds or parks within the corporate city limits.  It shall further be unlawful for any domestic animal owner (including cats and dogs)  to allow any such animal to discharge excrement upon public sidewalks, boulevards, public grounds, parks or on private property other than the owner of the domesticated animal’s property, within the corporate city limits of this city.
