§ 72.060 CUMULATIVE EFFECT.

All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent with the terms of this subchapter are hereby repealed; provided, however, that this repeal shall be only to the extent of the inconsistency and in all other respects this subchapter shall be cumulative of other ordinances regulating and governing the subject matter covered by this subchapter.
