§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of this chapter not otherwise provided for shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $200. Each day of violation shall be deemed as a separate violation of this chapter, and in addition thereto, the city shall not issue permits of any kind within its jurisdiction to the offending party until the party has complied with the provisions of this chapter.

   (B)   Failure on the part of the property owner to comply with the provisions of §§ 52.35 through 52.42 shall be considered a violation which, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1,000 and, in addition thereto, the additional sum of $100 for each day that such violation continues. Each day shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   Penalties for §§ 52.55 through 52.61.
      (1)   Any person violating §§ 52.56, 52.58(B), 52.58(C) or 52.60 shall be liable to civil penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for such violation. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   Any person violating §§ 52.57(A), 52.58(A), 52.59 or 52.61(C) shall be liable to a civil penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for such violation. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate and distinct offense.
      (3)   Any person violating §§ 52.57(B), 52.58(A), 52.61(A), or 52.61(B) shall be liable to a civil
penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for such violation. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate and distinct offense.
      (4)   Any person who knowingly makes a false material statement or representation in any writing required to be prepared under subchapter §§ 52.55 through 52.61 shall be liable to a civil penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each submission.
