Termination of water service pursuant to § 50.25 for a violation of those rules or any section of Chapter 52.
(A) It shall be a violation of this Chapter 52 for any premises served by the Sanitary Sewerage System to be in violation of the rules and regulations of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago or of any provisions of this Chapter 52.
(B) In the event any premises are maintained in violation of any such rules and regulations of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago or of any section of this Chapter 52, the water service to such premises may be terminated pursuant to § 50.25.
