   Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 76 as shown on that certain map entitled "Plat of the Town of Mayfield Paul Survey" which map was recorded on July 9, 1867 in Book "C" at page 641, records of Santa Clara County, California, said point also being the point of intersection of the northwesterly line of Grant Avenue (60 feet wide) with the northeasterly line of Ash Street (40 feet wide) also shown on said map; thence N. 56° 25' 11" W. along said northeasterly line of Ash Street 136.00 feet; thence N. 33° 30' 17" E. 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S. 56° 25' 11" E. 126.00 feet; thence along an arc of a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 10.00 feet through a central angle of 89° 55' 28", an arc length of 15.69 feet to a tangent point on the northwesterly line of said Grant Avenue; thence N. 33° 30' 17" E. along said northwesterly line 71.52 feet; thence N. 56° 25' 11" W. 136.00 feet; thence S. 33° 30' 17" W. 81.52 feet to the true point of beginning containing 0.253 acres, more or less, and being all of Lots 76 and 77 and portions of Lots 75 and 78 of said map.
