   Situate in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
   Beginning at the Northerly common corner of Lots 14 and 15, Block 12, in the centerline of Matadero Creek, as said Lots, Block and Creek are shown upon the map of the Sunnyside Addition, hereinafter referred to; said point of beginning also being on the southwesterly line of Ash Street (40 feet wide, shown as First Street on said map) thence S. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds E. along said southwesterly line 73.00 feet to the northeasterly corner of that certain 0.337 acre parcel of land conveyed to the Santa Clara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, State of California, by deed dated October 8, 1957 and recorded October 28, 1957 in Book 3923 of Official Records, at page 112 records of Santa Clara County, said northeasterly corner being the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said southwesterly line of Ash Street and running along the easterly line of said 0.337 acre parcel of land the following courses and distances; S. 33 degree 32 minutes 02 seconds W. 27.96 feet, S. 15 degrees 04 minutes 46 seconds E. 105.27 feet, thence along a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 590.09 feet through a central angle of 11 degrees 22 feet 11 inches, an arc distance of 117.10 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 556.98 feet and along said easterly line of said 0.337 acre parcel to the point of intersection thereof with the dividing line between Lots 16 and 17 in said Block 12; thence northerly along said dividing line 5 feet, more or less, to the most northerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Emil Jost by deed dated November 2, 1933 and recorded November 22, 1933 in Book 664 of Official Records at page 435, Records of said County; thence southeasterly, along the northeasterly line of said parcel so conveyed to Jost, 49.95 feet to the most easterly corner thereof; thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 17, a distance of 200.00 feet to the most westerly corner of Lot 2, Block 6, of the Bartley Tract Subdivision No. 2, hereinafter referred to; thence along the southwesterly line of said Lot 2 S. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds E. 45.00 feet; thence leaving said line N. 33 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds E. 4.00 feet; thence S. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds E. 60.00 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of Fernando Avenue (50 feet wide); thence N. 33 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds E. along said last named line 136.00 feet to the most easterly corner of Lot 11, Block 4, of said Bartley Tract Subdivision No. 2; thence N. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds W. 105.00 feet; thence N. 33 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds E. 5.42 feet; thence N. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds W. 116.50 feet, to a point on the southeasterly line of Chestnut Avenue (50 feet wide); thence S. 33 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds W. along said last named line and its southwesterly prolongation 95.42 feet to a point on said southwesterly line of Ash Street; thence N. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds W. along said last named line 138.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, being a portion of said Lots 15, 16 and 17 in Block 12 and a portion of First Street (presently called Ash Street) as shown upon that certain map entitled "Map of Sunnyside Addition to the Town of Mayfield" which map was recorded February 28, 1905 in Book "K" of maps, at page 47, records of said county, all of Lot 13, Block 13, Sunnyside Addition No. 2, a map of which was recorded December 13, 1905 in Book "L" of Maps at page 12, records of said County, and all of Lot 11 of Block 4, Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2 of Block 6 and a portion of First Street as said Lots, Blocks and Street are shown on that certain map of the Bartley Tract Subdivision No. 2, recorded August 8, 1911 in Book "N" of Maps at page 55, records of said county. Excepting therefrom a well site located on the following described parcel of land:
   Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of Lot 2, Block 6, of Bartley Tract Subdivision No. 2, hereinabove referred to, distant thereon S. 56 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds E. 20.00 feet from the most westerly corner of said Lot 2; thence continuing along said southwesterly line S. 56 degrees 27 minutes 28 seconds W. 25.00 feet; thence S. 33 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds W. 27.00 feet to the point of beginning.
