Situate in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of that certain parcel of land described in the Final Judgment of Condemnation, had in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Santa Clara, on April 13, 1962, Action No. P2497, a certified copy of which was recorded April 25, 1962 in Book 5552 of Official Records at page 78, records of Santa Clara County, California; thence S. 28 48' W. along the northwesterly line of said parcel of land 200.00 feet to the most westerly corner of said parcel; thence S. 61 12' E. along the southwesterly line of said parcel 175.00 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of Arastradero Road (75 feet wide); thence S. 28º 48' W. along said last named northwesterly line 153.60 feet; thence N. 61º 12' W. 553 feet, more or less, to a point on a line which is parallel to and distant southeasterly 30.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the centerline of Maybell Avenue (40 feet wide); thence N. 48º 48' E. along said parallel line 343.60; thence along a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 10 feet, through a central angle of 90° 00', for an arc length of 15.71 feet; thence S. 61º 12' E. 368.00 feet, to the point of beginning, being a portion of Lots 16 and 23 of the Maybell Tract, a map of which was recorded June 19, 1905 in Book "K" of Maps at pages 88 and 89, records of said County.
