Isenberg, by Deed dated July 1, 1927 and recorded July 25, 1927 in Book of Official Records, at page 382, Records of Santa Clara County, California, distant thereon S. 89º 20' E. 814.85 feet from the original corner "A" marked by a 34 inch iron pipe at the most Southeasterly corner of the Briones Partition of 16.99 acre tract as said Tract is shown and delineated upon that certain Map entitled "Map of a partition of 16.99 acres in the Rancho La Purissima Concepcion, belonging to the Estate of Juana Briones de Miranda deceased," which map was recorded December 19, 1903 in Book F-3 of Maps, at page 47, Records of said county, said point of beginning being also the Southeasterly corner of that certain 10 acre tract of land conveyed by R. A. Isenberg, et ux., to John M. Fowler, et ux. by Deed dated April 19,1943 and recorded April 21, 1943 in Book 1137 of Official Records, at page 338 Records of said county; thence from said point of beginning running S. 89° 20' E. 389.55 feet; thence S. 0º 40' W. 504.24 feet to the Southwesterly corner of that certain 18.04 acre tract of land conveyed by Willis J. Sheldon to Edith C. Eaton, by Deed recorded January 10, 1925 in Book 125 of Official Records, at page 583, Records of said County, said corner being also a point in the dividing line between lots 4 and 7 of the Briones Partition, a map of which was recorded November 3, 1900 in Book "I" of Maps at page 149, Records of said county; thence running along said dividing line S. 86º 50' E. 159.12 feet; thence S.0º 18' E. 175.01 feet to the Northwesterly corner of that certain 3.293 acre tract of land conveyed by R. A. Isenberg, et ux., to Jack Snell by Deed dated April 11, 1939 and recorded April 18, 1939 in Book 929 of Official Records at page 141, Records of said county; thence S. 87º 10' E. 373.99 feet; thence S. 43º 02' 30" E. 262.55 feet to a 2" x3" stake marked B-13 standing on Westerly line of Lot 13 of the Mesa Tract, a map of which was recorded November 8, 1899 in Book "I" of Maps, at page 123, Records of said county; thence S. 86º 50' E. 365.58 feet; thence N. 0º 15' E. 357.92 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 13; thence along said Northerly line N. 86º 50' W. 365.58 feet to a 3" x4" stake marked 10-13 standing at the Westerly common corner of Lots 10 and 13 of said Mesa Tract; thence along the Westerly line of said Lot 10 N. 0º 15' E. 502.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Edith C. Eaton, et al. to Grace Phyllis Sheets by Deed dated August 21, 1936 and recorded August 31, 1936 in Book 781 of Official Records at page 406, Records of said county; thence N. 86º 50' W. and along the Southerly line of said parcel of land so conveyed to Sheets 275.00 feet thence N. 29º 17' W. 561.50 feet; thence S. 84º 55' W. 351.25 feet; thence S. 7º 34' E. 8.12 feet; thence N. 75º 08' W. 369.57 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the aforementioned 10 acre tract of land so conveyed to John M. Fowler, et ux: thence S. 15º 37' 10" E. and along the easterly line of said 10 acre tract of land 532.44 feet to the point of beginning, containing 22.15 acres, more or less, being a portion of Lots 4, 5 and 7 of the Briones Partition and a portion of Lot 13 of the Mesa Tract.
