Beginning at the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to City of Palo Alto by Little League Baseball of Palo Alto, Inc., by Deed dated August 16, 1956, recorded September 14, 1956, in Book 3605 of Official Records, page 553, Records of Santa Clara County, California; thence N. 54º 30' E. along the southeasterly line of said parcel 433.63 feet, to a point on the southwesterly curved line of Middlefield Road (86 feet wide); thence southeasterly along said southwesterly curved line on a non-tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 457 feet through a central angle of 7° 41' 51", for an arc length of 61.40 feet to a tangent point; thence continuing alone said line of Middlefield Road S. 35° 30' 50" E. 132.00 feet, to the point of intersection of said line of Middlefield Road with the northwesterly line of that certain 1.93 acre parcel of land conveyed by George S. Nolte, et ux., to Middlefield Properties, Inc. by deed dated September 9, 1963 and recorded September 13, 1963 in Book 6189 of Official Records, page 625, records of said County; thence S. 54° 39' 50" W. along said northwesterly line 437.57 feet, to the most westerly corner of said 1.93 acre parcel of land; thence N. 35° 34' 50" W. along the northwesterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of said 1.93 acre parcel 192.73 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, being a portion of the Rancho Rincon de San Francisquito.
