   Beginning at an iron pipe monument in the centerline of East Meadow Drive, 70 feet wide, as shown on that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 1597, Meadowpark Unit 3, as recorded in Book 63 of Maps at Page 15 in the Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, said monument marks an angle point in the general westerly boundary of said Tract; thence S. 10° 07' 20" E. along said boundary line, 38.12 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of said East Meadow Drive; thence S. 56° 32' 06" W. along said southeasterly line, 312.07 feet to the true point of beginning; thence leaving said southeasterly line, S. 33° 27' 54" E, 503.24 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A" ; thence N. 56° 27' 26" W, 243.37 feet; thence N. 33° 27' 54" W, 279.20 feet to a point on said southeasterly line; thence along said southeasterly line, N. 56° 32' 06" E. 95.06 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.854 acres more or less and being a portion of Rancho Rincon de San Francisquito.
