Thence continuing S. 10° 07' 20" E. and along said Easterly line 89.22 feet to the point of intersection thereof with the Northerly line of Tract No. 1563 Meadow Park Unit No. 2, a map of which was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, California, on August 5, 1958, in Book 62 of Maps at page 2;
Thence S. 87° 30' 49" E. along said Northerly line of Tract No. 1563, 125.09 feet;
