   All that real property in the County of Santa Clara, State of California described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the northwesterly line of Arastradero Road, 40 feet wide, with the southwesterly line of said 6.074 acre tract of land said point of commencement also being the point of intersection of said northwesterly line of Arastradero Road with the northeasterly line of the parcel of land designated Parcel N. on the Map of Record of Survey of Foothill Expressway on file in Book 163 of maps Pages 48, 49, 50 and 51, Santa Clara County Records; thence leaving Arastradero Road and running along the northeasterly line of said Parcel N. north 30° 28' 48" west 60.43 feet; thence northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 5769.65 feet through an angle of 1° 25' 42" an arc distance of 143.83 feet to the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of said 6.074 acre tract of land with the northeasterly line of said Parcel N. and to the true point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence from said true point of beginning continuing along the southwesterly line of said 6.074 acre tract of land continuing along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 5769.6 feet, a distance of 774.13 feet; thence radially south 68° 51' west 10.00 feet; thence leaving said radial line and curving to the right with a radius of 5779.6 feet an arc distance of 251.38 feet; thence north 18° 40' west 50.8 feet; thence at right angles north 71° 20' east 10.00 feet; thence north 18° 40' west 3854.54 feet, more or less, to a point on the easterly line of Matadero Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction and along said easterly line 100.00 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection of last named easterly line with the northeasterly line of Laguna Avenue; thence in southeasterly direction and along said northeasterly line 470.00 feet, more or less; thence S. 56° 55' E. continuing along said northeasterly line 349.5 feet to the point of intersection of said last named line with the centerline of Matadero Creek; thence along said centerline the following bearings and distances: S. 9° 13' W. 105.88 feet; S. 16° 49' E. 68.7 feet; S. 51° 34' E. 65.7 feet; S. 34° 39' E. 142.90 feet; S. 16° 01; W. 144.20 feet; S. 20° 27' E. 144.20 feet; S. 44° 34' E. 105.70 feet; S. 27° 42' W. 133.40 feet; S. 18° 52' W. 94.5 feet; and S. 67° 42' W. 48.95 feet; thence leaving said centerline S. 18° 40' E. 2356.68 feet more or less; thence at right angles north 71 20' east 10.00 feet; thence at right angles south 18° 40' east 50.8 feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 5679.6 feet an arc distance of 247.03 feet; thence radially south 68° 51' west 10.00 feet; thence leaving said radial line along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 5689.6 feet an arc distance of 759.43 feet more or less to a point which bears north 63° 52' 42" east 80.00 feet from the true point of beginning; thence south 63° 52' 42" west 80.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion of the hereinabove described parcel lying within that certain 80.00-foot strip of land owned by the city and county of San Francisco known as the Hetch Hetchy right-of-way.
   Reserving, however, an easement of ten feet in width for access, maintenance and repair to a waterline which runs from the intersection of Laguna Road and Matadero Creek in a southwestwardly direction to parcel 8 of page 17, Book 137 in the assessor's office of Santa Clara County. Also reserving an easement for creek maintenance over that certain strip of land lying adjacent to and westerly of the westerly bank of Matadero Creek described in the deed to city of Palo Alto, recorded November 15, 1976, in Book 489 of Official Records at pages 500 and 501, Records of said county.
