22.08.020   Byxbee Park and the city-owned Baylands.
   That certain parcel of land known as Byxbee Park and city-owned Baylands as delineated and described in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto is hereby reserved for park, playground, recreation or conservation purposes. That portion of Byxbee Park and the city-owned Baylands commonly known and referred to as the "Baylands Interpretive Center" is hereby named "The Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Interpretive Center."
