22.04.240   Interference with permitted activities.
   No person shall use, or attempt to use, or interfere with the use of any table, space, building or facility within a park or open space lands which at the time is reserved for a permit holder. The permit shall become void and the director may cancel the permit holder's rights thereunder if the table, space, building or facility referred to in the permit is not used within one hour after the time provided in the permit for the activity to begin.
