18.20.050   General Standards, Exceptions, and Performance Criteria
   All development in the Office/Research/Manufacturing zoning districts shall comply with the applicable requirements and guidelines outlined in Chapter 18.40, including performance criteria intended to reduce the impacts of these non-residential uses on surrounding residential districts and other sensitive receptors.
