16.28.190   Decision on a permit.
   The city engineer and the building official shall review all documents submitted pursuant to this chapter and, if necessary, request additional data, clarification of submitted data or correction of defective submissions. The city engineer or building official shall notify the applicant in writing of his/her decision on the permit.
