10.64.200   Trick riding.
   No person riding or operating a bicycle, moped, coaster, roller skates, roller blades, sled, skateboard, toy vehicle, or motorcycle shall perform any acrobatic, fancy, stunt, or trick riding upon any public right-of-way, or upon any space, land, property or facilities owned or controlled by the city of Palo Alto.
