The Crescent Park no overnight parking program is intended to restore and enhance the quality of life in the Crescent Park neighborhood by reducing the impact of parking associated with nearby residences, businesses or other neighboring uses. Restricted parking areas should be designed to accommodate non-residential parking when this can be done, while meeting the parking availability standards determined by the city to be appropriate for the area in question.
