10.10.070   Solicitation - Sales - Fires.
   In the event that a charitable solicitation, collection or gratuity is involved, or food, beverages, or other merchandise is to be sold, Chapters 4.10 or 4.30, whichever is applicable, shall be complied with prior to issuance of a permit under this chapter. Any use of candles, torches, fires, or other combustible substances shall be in accordance with Title 15 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
