9.79.130   Abandoned newsracks.
   An abandoned newsrack may be removed by the city and impounded, pursuant to the notice and hearing procedures set forth in Section 9.79.120. The city may dispose of the newsrack if the permittee does not claim the newsrack and pay any required fees within thirty days of its removal.
