4.56.130   Business location change.
   Upon a change of location of a hot tub/sauna establishment, an application to the chief of police shall be made in the same form as an original application, and such application shall be granted, provided all applicable provisions of this code are complied with as in the case of an original application, and a change of location fee as set forth in the municipal fee schedule to defray, in part, the costs of investigation and report has been paid to the city.
