4.18.040   Dog or cat kennel.
   (a)   A "dog kennel" is any lot, building, structure or premises where three or more dogs are kept.
   (b)   A "cat kennel" is any lot, building, structure, enclosure or premises where four or more cats are kept.
   (c)   The fee for a dog or cat kennel license shall be as set forth in the municipal fee schedule.
   (d)   It is unlawful to maintain a dog or cat kennel in which dogs or cats are kept for sale within the city limits except within the territory zoned as agricultural district.
