(a) The customer service standards applicable to franchisees of cable communications systems are established in Appendix A* to this chapter and are incorporated herein by reference. The customer service standards applicable to Internet and cable modem service set forth in Appendix A are hereby repealed.
(b) The city manager may modify by relaxing or strengthening the customer service standards, or any part thereof, and the modified customer service standards shall take effect fourteen days after written notice of the same is given by the city manager to the council.
