(A) Any violation of any provision of § 73.02 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or sixty (60) days imprisonment, or both.

(B) Any person who shall violate the provisions of §§ 73.20 through 73.27 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for a term not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
