§ 73.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
   RESIDENTIAL SECTION. Any property now or hereafter zoned under the zoning laws of the city as residential.
   COMMERCIAL SECTION. Any property now or hereafter zoned under the zoning laws of the city as commercial.
