Fla. Stat. § 705.105 is adopted by reference by the city as additional and supplemental rights, powers and procedures for removal of abandoned property and the same is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length herein and from the date on which this section shall take effect the provisions therein shall be controlling and supplemental to all other existing procedures relative thereto within the area of the jurisdiction of the city.
