6-1-6: AVOIDING ARREST OR IDENTIFICATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle within the city to turn off all or any of his vehicle's lights for the purpose of avoiding arrest or identification. (Ord. 22, 9-1-1970)
