5-4-3: KEEPING DANGEROUS ANIMAL:

No person shall keep, shelter, or harbor any dangerous animal as a pet, nor act as a temporary custodian for such animal, nor keep, shelter, or harbor any such animal for any other purpose or in any other capacity within the city, except as provided in section 5-4-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 1995-97, 11-14-1995)
