4-2-4: EXCEPTIONS:
The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any junk, junk vehicle, or junk machinery stored within:
   A.   A garage or other enclosed structure; or
   B.   An auto salvage yard or junkyard lawfully operated within the city. (Ord. 2014-02, 4-8-2014)
