3-3-8: REFUSAL TO LEAVE PREMISES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to leave such dance, or otherwise to disobey any order of a peace officer given in the discharge of his duties to preserve order at such dance, or to otherwise enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 16, 7-21-1970)
