3-3-7: INDECENT ACTS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to whom a dance license is issued, or for any person conducting or having charge of a dance hall, to allow or permit therein any indecent act to be committed or any disorder or conduct of a gross, violent or vulgar character. (Ord. 16, 7-21-1970)
