3-3-4: PEACE OFFICER; PRESENCE REQUIRED:
No license will be issued if the applicant has not arranged to have at least one qualified peace officer present, said peace officer having first been approved by the sheriff of Johnson County. (Ord. 16, 7-21-1970)
