12-1-18: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Violations of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements shall constitute a simple misdemeanor or municipal infraction. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy violation. (Ord. 2002-104, 8-27-2002)
