A. Term: The term of office of said members shall be five (5) years, except that the members first named shall hold office for such terms, not exceeding five (5) years, that the terms of not more than one-third (1/3) of the members will expire in any one year.
B. Vacancy: Any vacancy occurring on the commission caused by resignation or otherwise shall be filled by the city council for the unexpired term.
C. Compensation: All members of such commission shall serve without compensation, except their actual expenses, which shall be subject to the approval of the council. (Ord. 87-80, 9-14-1987)
