9-2-3: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FEE:
   A.   Application Accompanied By Fee: All applications hereunder shall be in writing to the city clerk on a form provided and the license application shall be accompanied by a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 15, 7-21-1970; amd. 2015 Code)
   B.   License Issuance: Upon payment of the license fee and approval of the bond filed, the mayor shall issue the license as is covered by the fee. (Ord. 15, 7-21-1970)
