8-4-5: PROPERTY LIEN AND SUSPENDING SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT:
   A.   Lien; Collection: The amount of rent charged shall constitute a lien upon that property served by the sewer system and that amount shall be collected in the same manner as other taxes, if payment is not made when due.
   B.   Suspension Of Service: Water, or sewer service, or both, to the property for which rent has not been paid may be suspended until that payment is made. (Ord. 94-93, 5-31-1994)
