8-4-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to collect from all users of the City sewer system the cost in whole or in part of constructing and maintaining the main sewers and sewage treatment plant in proportion to the service provided each user. (Ord. 94-93, 5-31-1994)
